Removing Old Wheel Seals:

  • Disassemble the wheel hub and brake drum to access the wheel seal.

  • Carefully remove the old seal, taking care not to damage the surrounding components.

Installing New Wheel Seals:

  • Clean the sealing surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.

  • Install the new wheel seal, ensuring correct orientation and alignment.

  • Pack the wheel bearings with grease to ensure proper lubrication.

Testing Wheel Hubs:

  • Inspect the wheel hubs for any signs of damage or excessive wear.

  • Check for proper bearing clearance and smooth rotation.

Tire Patch or Plug

  • Inspect Tire Damage:

  • Visually inspect the tire for the location and severity of the puncture.

  • Determine if the tire can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced.

  • Prepare the Tire:

  • Clean the puncture area to remove debris and dirt.

  • Use a tire plug tool to insert the plug into the puncture.

  • Apply Tire Patch:

  • Apply a rubber patch over the puncture to reinforce the repair.

  • Ensure proper adhesion of the patch to the tire.

  • Balance and Align Tire:

  • Balance the tire to ensure smooth and vibration-free operation.

  • Align the wheel to prevent uneven tire wear.

Tire Replacement

  • Inspect Tires:

  • Visually inspect tires for signs of wear, damage, or uneven wear patterns.

  • Check tire pressure and adjust as needed.

  • Jack up the vehicle and remove the old tire.

  • Install New Tires:

  • Mount the new tire on the wheel rim.

  • Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure.

  • Install the wheel and tighten the lug nuts to the specified torque.

  • Balance and Align Tires:

  • Balance the tires to ensure smooth operation and reduce vibration.

  • Align the wheels to optimize tire life and vehicle handling.
